Return | Replace | Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Hash Trading. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to us selling many items ranging from many categories, we have different policies for different categories of items.
We accept returns of items non-related to hygiene and food (perishable). Conditions for eligible returns:
- Do contact us within SEVEN (7) calendar days from the date you received the item if you wish to return.
- Please ensure item must be unused, undamaged, clean (not washed), complete and in the same state as you received it.
- Item returned must be in its original package and are in re-sell condition.
- We accept return for incorrect or defective item(s).
- Receipt or Proof of purchase and parcel tracking number are required to be attached when returning the item(s).
Replace / Exchange
Item(s) eligible for return, will either be replaced or exchanged by us.
- We will notify you upon receiving your returned item.
- Let us inspect the item and we shall notify you on its status.
- We will initiate a replacement for your returned item shall you be eligible for it.
- If no similar stock is available, we may exchange with similar items of lesser value. Differences in value will be refunded as store credit.
- We do not accept request for exchange due to hygienic and / or perishable reasons.
- We have a "No cash" refund policy.
- We only refund store credits to your account.
- If you are not a registered member, we will create a member account for you and park the credit under that account.
Shipping charges for "Return" item(s) are borne by customer.
